Sorry, my bad. On a 2.1L it would be in the CAT. On a 1.9L it's in the connecting pipe, about $75, so the same basic choice still exists. (As another option, I suppose you could replace your CAT if it is nearing its end of life, and relocate the new 02 sensor there, leaving the old one in the connecting pipe but electrically disconnected just to fill the hole.
