Is there a power difference in the various systems?

I would trade some longevity for some power, particularly if it was cheaper to buy.

Basically, the stock pipes are some fancy silica steel alloy and the S+S jobbers are plain mild steel. Not to mention the serious reefing mine took to install, my guess is that they won't last long. They are relatively cheap, though. Mild rust is showing after a year in sunny cali. > If i were to do it again, i'd take a serious look at stebro (didn't know about them at the time), and then think about stock. > If rust is your main concern, don't even consider S+S. > > Good luck, and happy holidays > -Damon > > > Jason Denton <jasondenton@ATTBI.COM> wrote: > Has anyone had good or bad experiences with the other options for exhaust > systems....S&S headers, Sebro stainless steel, or stock?
