Hi Andrew,

Sorry, its a shop thing for sure. A CO machine is a fairly high dollar unit. Also they don't like being banged around, so renting one and moving it about would not be to good for it. I guess that's one reason why I've never seen one at a rental place. On the other hand, setting the CO is usually a quick job. It shouldn't take over a 1/2 to 1 hour. So, at a shops hourly rate, it isn't that expensive. Depending on the shops rate maybe $50.00 or less. Be sure and call shops familiar with foreign cars, most domestic cars shops don't do much in the way of CO settings. Now I know you don't want to buy one for a single job.................BUT.
