Last time I was in Canada, I picked up a heated seat cushion from Canada Tire
for about $25 I believe.     It plugs into the cigarette lighter and has a
switch which senses weight on it.   My wife likes it a lot.      I'm sure one
of these could be dismantled and used to fix up a seat.     It even covers
the "lumbar" area !
