Oil resistant hose is best, but I have a piece of coolant hose serving the perpouse for the moment. ?This is not a "critical" hose so far as engine life goes. If it gets a hole in it the engine will run rough, but won't seize, or overheat or soming nasty like that. I just watch mine, and will change it out when it's needed or convenient to get the oil resistant stuff.
