I may have the same covers as you. Semi-finned made in taiwan. I thought they were Gene Berg, but they may have been from one of the other vendors. I tried an experiment this weekend using a new gasket with permatex on the valve cover side and aviation permatex on the head side. I'm giving it a few days to see if this cures the problem.

I understand the bolt on bugpack covers do not have this problem.
