Subject: diesel rod weights

I had sent a message a bit ago with some questions about rod weights. I took out the pistons and rods and disassembled them. I took them to the post office to use their fine postal scale and found that they were all within .01 oz of eachother. Now I can sleep at night!

I've reassembled the bottom end and temporarily bolted on the oil pan. I'm going to replace those pan bolts so I didn't finalize that job. Now on to measuring piston projection to determine which head gasket I need.

Thanks to everyone who helped,

Brad
