well today I finally got around to doing what I should have done 2 months ago when I took my van off the road for the winter, ie add gas stabiliser and change oil and filter. I did it and instead of using my usual choice of a Mann W 719/5 filter I tried, as a lark, a Mann 719/30 filter. (not much diff in price) Both filters look identical, but the /30 has "2 jahre/30,000 km" printed on the filter. I am not intending to change my 4/year filter change habit, but I am curious about what makes the 2 year filter different. Any ideas?
