I tried the link this morning, but all I got was a
blank, constantly refreshing website. Is there a
different way to get there?
If the Maxima engine to which you are referring is the
3.0 or 3.5L VQ series, I would be REALLY interested. I
can't recommend a better engine. It freely revs to 7K
like it's nothing, and will easily last to 250,000
miles with little other than regular oil and filter
changes. You don't even have to change the timing
belt-- it comes with a chain! I've driven a couple
Maximas, and there's a reason most people view these
cars only by their butt-ugly taillights.
I think Kennedy had some adapter kits some time ago,
for a 3.0 V6 and the 2.0 Sentra SE-R engine, amongst
many adapter kits they once but no longer list.
All I know is that I'm looking for something to
replace my WB in need of replacement (one of the
lifters went sideways into the case; fat chance
selling the core).
Please check out that link. I will be SO grateful.
Thanks,
Sam
