My '85 Westy runs great when on the highway, or when driving as constant speed in town. It also starts like a gem. Trouble begins when I lift my foot off the gas pedal. The worst is at stop lights when the idle is rough and stalling is common. Trouble shooting is definitely required. Any suggestions? I've got the tools and the time, but know little about fuel supply. By the way ..... just replaced air filter, plugs/wires, fuel filter and fuel pump. Matthew Vancouver CANADA Go Canucks |
