Hi All- I have a question regarding the seating of the lower cylinder o-rings, with a preface: Some cylinders have a deeper groove for the ring, and the ring fits right down in there. Others have a shallower groove, and it seems like the head must be torqued down to force the ring into the groove. The question is this: Does these different cylinders rest at the same height once they've been torqued down? I ask this because I am trying to use these different cylinders side by side, and without the head on there I get a difference in deck height roughly equal to an uncompressed o-ring.
Thanks, Mark Vermillion |
