since the westy sofabed is wood framed, it should be easy. cut a piece of plywood the same mesurements as your westy sofabed seatbottom. get the same thickness of foam and glue it onto there. then hinge it , screwing it to the front underside of the seatbottom. this way it flips up under the sofabed when not in use, and lays ontop of your rear heater blower housing. add 2 swing out legs to the bottom of it to support it when its in the bed position also. then go to your auto upholstry place and cover it w/ matching velour. with some care and patience it could even look like a stock acessory.
