Literally, usually -- I can see into most SUV drivers' laps (in about anything except the Excursion) from the driver's seat of my Syncro. :)

Much as I dislike SUVs, it seems Ford has at least taken a lead in making them less stupid -- while I haven't researched it, the AWD badge and independent suspension hanging out the arse end of Mercury Mountaineers makes me more confident of the vehicle's (if not the driver's) capabilities.
