I used to have a bit of optimism in the van, but bought bigger tires, now it's a bout .013% pessimistic at freeway speeds over a 20 mile stretch. Tromper "Cheat 'til we win, then change the Rules" 1982 Dieselfant II "The Manatee"

Hi.

I have a 1984 Westy Wolfsburg at home in Oregon, and another I just bought to replace the '68 Westy I have been keeping in So. Cal for the last 17 years. It is a standard (no tackometer) model.

Both have highly optimistic speedometers. Both have fairly accurate odometers.

How can I get the speedometers to read more accurately?

P.
