              What to do?

If it's leaking badly at the head you have a warped/cracked head most likely. Time to do a cooling system pressure test, and an engine compression test. it could just be a seal gone, but you want to be sure. After the tests, you can expect to pull the heads, so I would suggest pulling the engine and getting the head thing fixed - both sides. Not worth doing unless you fix both heads.
