Unfortunately I live in Vancouver Washington next to Oregon and can not see how on earth they would ever impose such a law in such a liberal state. This may be pointed at the trucks which seem to suffer at a large amount of laws. It is funny that the first thing to stand out was the rights violation statement...

The NW is known to have the voters vote in laws to reduce taxes while complaining about the lack of public services available after the tax cut.
