Timothy From your description, my EKTA says the hose is either 025-121-103C or 025-121-073. The later also has the number F24-D-089 699 but I have no clue if that is a part number or specification. Larry

Hi all... I have a 1984 Vanagon. Recently I blew the hose that connects the engine head (passenger side) to the T that splits the coolant off to the rear heater under seat & the front radiator grill. Ok, so it blew. i thought I can replace it. I removed the hose & took it to VW. They looked it up & there is NO part # for this. Apparently, they also said there were three or more variations on how they plumbed the van. So, they could not find a part # on my hose, nor on their computer. they were forced to send me away. I am left having to create a hose that steps down from one size to another size. So, where does a fellow turn to replace a hose these days? I am looking at my Bentley, pg 19.10 and see it, but no part # there. Any ideas?

Timothy in Phoenix...
