Hi Mark,

I had hoped this would not become a "List war", please notice I called no one by name. I did not address each point on purpose, as I wanted anyone really interested to do their own research. I simply wanted to supply the data allowing them to make up there own mind. If you read in the tech information, it address the modification to the bellhousing for the magnetic timing pick up. This slight clearancing of the bellhousing allows the use of the Turbo engine. I will have to admit, I am just passing on the information of what I am reading. Other than seeing a Turbo engine in a Vanagon, and what I read, I have no first hand installation experience. Man if every car nut or hot rodder stopped when someone said "That wont work", or "We don't do it that way", where would we be? Riding horse's, walking, or worse driving a "Fo&d". Again, please keep the list out of it, and flame me directly! Or, list thrash me, I have nothing to hide, so if the administrator doesn't mind flame on!

Howard
