Hi David, I used to live in Germany, and was fortunate to spend about six months down south on the Bodensee (Lake Constance). Check out the old castle in Meersburg (oldest castle in Germany, with a cool collection of armour suits--some about 5 feet tall due to evolution since then!!!). Just down the road is Friedrichshafen, which is home to the Graf-Zeppelin Haus and museum, with lots of old Zeppelins on display. Then get out to the island in the middle of the lake for a look at the flowers there. The Schwarzwald is also down south, with lots of beautiful things to see as well. I also always enjoyed taking the ferry from Meersburg to Konstanz (in Switzerland) to have a coffee, look at old buildings, and feel like an idiot because I couldn't speak Swiss German (I'm fluent in German, the German kind). Have fun, and drink a Hefe-Weizen for me.... Viel Spass, und viele schoene Gruesse aus Colorado.... bmc :) Ben McCafferty ben@volkscafe.com
