It puts out a DC voltage from 0 to about 1VDC. Normal mixtures should read 0.5 to 0.7VDC. Bad sensor will show no volts and the ECU will run open loop, which ususally means rich. Higher voltage indicates rich mixture, low voltage is lean. Jay

Check the archives. I'm sure there are a bunch of posts on this topic. I don't have my Bentley in front of me so can't tell you the voltages for sure. Basically, once the sensor is hot the voltage rises as the mixture gets richer. (I think)... Check the archives to be sure.
