Could be a bad connection, but, could also be a problem. I'd put an oil pressure gage on it and but quick, just to make sure it is ok or not, (ecspecially if going on a long trip) You could even attach a temporary gage on the engine, or ask a shop to do it, and check the pressure, fully warmed up at different rpms. If low, then you may have some work to do, but better to catch it before failure (much much much better) good luck, hope it is an electrical fault. dave -----Original Message----- From: insyncro fabrications [mailto:insyncro@HOTMAIL.COM] Sent: Monday, January 13, 2003 9:17 AM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Oil LED ?
Hello All, I was driving my Syncro yesterday and had the Oil LED flash a couple of times without any buzzer. Oil level OK, Mann filter, all seems to be to spec. Any thoughts? Thanks.
