I've heard there is a product called Penetrol avalible at boating stores that has a reputation for restoring fiberglass gell coat - but there are a number of ancedental reports that this product does more harm than good in the long-term. Lots of people make fiberglass restoration products. example: http://porpsw.com/sureshineonline/Products/products.html

Look for boat fiberglass restoration and you will see quite a few products.
