No shill bidding here- this was a brisk auction due to the demand for these vehicles,and the low starting bid.

Also he had a high reserve, so he wasn't going to sell cheap.

Even still, he could have made $5-10,000 more in a better market.

Auto auctions are the best places to get lowest prices as a buyer.

Not the best price as a seller.

The compromise is that you may live where there is a weak or no market for these vehicles- so Ebay may be better than what you can do in the local podunk classifieds.
