A few model years of Carvelles here in Europe had this window as an option.
Left (driver's) side only.

That is why they are appearing on eBay periodically.  I just saw one sell
for 110 bucks last week.

Apparently shipping to the States is another 50-100 bucks... and of course
the risk that it breaks on the way is also present.

If people are interested in these I will post the eBay links to them when I
see them.
