Did you do a compression check on the other cylinders yet? I'm wondering if whatever caused the first exhaust valve to fail has also damaged the others, or if valve seats/guides/rings/etc. are also in bad enough shape to allow this blow-by. My experience is usually that things wear in sets, though not always. Curious to hear your result. bmc :) Ben McCafferty ben@volkscafe.com
