Very good point. Some sites are confusing, with the indexes hidden. I imagine a LOT of potential customers will leave the site in digust; I do this when I come to such a site. Can the owner not SEE what's wwrong? They should't have to be told. Some sites' graphics are far too slow to load too. Overdoing graphics may LOOK good but it doesn't help the site load.

I've come across a site I really wanted to get into (Not VW) but it just wouldn't open... jus sat grinding away, for well over 5 minutes every time. I had the owner's e-mail address, so told him about it. Quite a number of times. I heard later from others that they had problems with this site also. Anyway, he eventually took notice and changed to another host!
