I clean & re-gap plugs, check rotor/cap at 10k miles, and replace all at 30k. Wires I typically go longer, 40-60k, I guess.

Gas mileage has dropped about 10% or a little more. It occurred to me that I hadn't changed the plugs or distributor cap and rotor for about 20k miles. How often do you change these items on a gas waterboxer?
