There are three answers behind the doors:

Door 1.) We don't like you anymore. Door 2.) The wire that connects you to GERRY was broken in the winter storms and will be fixed momentarily. Door 3.) You wrote to the wrong address asking to be set to MAIL.

My best guess is door #3.

Did you review the SET MAIL / SET NOMAIL instructions on www.vanagon.com?
