FWIW I have Audi A4 wheels on my van. They have an offset of 40mm. I used 215/70/16 tires. The hubs will have to be machined to 61mm inside diameter for the centers. You will need a minimum of 20mm spacers for the front of a 2wd. I also used 5mm spacers for the rear but that was because fo the tire size. Longer nuts and studs are required for the front and rear.
