Subject: Power steering question (and good motor bad heads FS)
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Hey all,

Just had the engine replaced on Vinnie my 87 westie. Luckily, I had a spare engine already. Splurged for the Stebro exhaust as the old exhaust on both engines was about to go south. (sounds great!) combined tthe best pipes for the non stainless parts. Problem is the power steering isn't working. Drives just like a non PS van. Now my question is: Any solutions? Drive it for awhile and see if there is a bubble of air in the lines?

Cheers, Mark 87 westie 93 cabrio 99 Passat
