My plan was to pull the radiator, fan, reservoir and hoses from an Audi 5000
on my next junkyard cruise. The whole package should run under $35. I'll
mount the radiator/fan package on a rolling platform. For hoses, I intend to
use vacuum hose from my local Surplus Store. Alternatively, there are
inexpensive heat exchangers (water to water) for the same amount at the
Surplus operation (C & H Surplus in Pasadena, CA) that would require
continuous cold water flow. The heat exchanger would be quieter, but the
radiator system would frighten the neighbors, so the issue is undecided. I'll
check C & H before I hit the junkyard.

BTW, good vacuum hose (about 1 cm thick sidewall, 3.0 cm ID) is more than
adequate for a temporary solution. It will withstand temperatures and
pressures well in excess of those endured by traditional radiator hoses and
the price can't be beat.
