Sorry I was unlcear,
afer the new to me used pump started to whine, I replaced it whith a brand
new one, which is still whining. If it is a vacuum problem, how long should
I have to run the van with the fuel filler cap off? I just tried that, let
it run for a minute or so and the pump was still whining, will it take longer
than that?
