I had this problem on my Tristar in December. My "heated" garage space was to put it in my normal garage, add a couple of electric powered oil radiators and a fan to circulate air in the garage. This heated the garage up to 60 degrees in a few hours and allowed for the ice to melt and get out of the cable housing.
