Moisture can stop up your in tank filter sock. Try using a long piece of fuel hose and blowing back into the tank and see if it will free flow out the outlet line. Next alternate, try some Berrymans B12 in the tank. Your pump should put out 32 psi, if it doesn't it could be past use. Stan Wilder
