I have the metal filter after the tank, and the fuel tank is brand new, so I wouldn't think that contamination would be the problem. One thing I did notice when changing the lines, was that the plastic coupler that stepe up the line size to the pump had a small crimp in it. I didn't think it was a big deal. Could this be restricting flow to the pump? If so, where can I get one of these?
