my spedo is working now, when I bought it I was checking around, looked under the instrument dash, and found that it was just unplugged, plugged it back in, and it's fine. So all the miles on put on Ripple are accounted for , so thats good. The one thing on do notice is sometimes the spedo or tach won't work, when I first turn the bus on. I usually just give it a light smack, and it kicks back in fine........ have fun, Tracy 85' GL "Ripple" Joseph Fortino <fortinoj@SPEAKEASY.NET> wrote:wild when we got our 85gl the speedo was also stopped at 90k i'm the 2nd owner and I know the first took care of it until he got old and his wife sold it to my mom, some shop that did'nt know vw vans screwed up somethings like oil filter and coolent. * key things to know of * like Tracy our van is our daily and only car except my bug and my wife does'nt drive that.
