137 million cell users versus 11 million broadcast TV users. Did you read the article? There is a whole section in there on how the current restrictions are actually making millions for the "owners" of the frequencies in the current system by exploiting a very old bureaucracy. I think your argument is strongly in favor of opening these frequencies up for mass use, and you just don't know it yet. Check it out, it's really an eye-opener!
