Subject: metallic ticking noise
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

I have a very curious metallic ticking noise in what appears to be the drivers side of my Westy. It only makes this sound when going forward and I am thinking it has something to do with the speedo and dust cover on the drivers wheel.

The wheel bearings and brakes are brand new and this a new noise as of a few days ago.

Anyone have any experience with this sort of thing?

I drive an 85' Westy.

Thanks in advance, Brian from Salem, OR
