The Okanagan valley in March will be slightly warmer & a bit sunnier. We may
still have some snow left. We're being affected by another El Nino in the
Pacific Ocean this year. Warmer winter but we could get killed by late
winter storms in March or April. It would be awful for you to come at a
crummy time of the year & get a bad impression. Overall, it's a great place
to live.
Vancouver Island would probably have better weather. Lots to see & do there.
If you're a skiier, Mt. Washington's a good place to go.

of course I have a business repairing these lovely Westys and the spring,
summer and fall are my BUSY season ! Soooooooo off to BC in March we go.
The train came about 'cause the S.O. got enough points from buying stuff for
three tickets back and forth on the train ! How about that ! So it does
pay
to remember to get those points. I was always buggin' her about the useless
waste of time looking after those points. Well, I've had to eat my words
and
rethink my position on that issue ! Rita just mentioned the other day that
her interest would be to visit the Okanagan and I said I didn't think there
was anyone on the List from there, well, I guess there are Lister all over
the globe. So Dennis you just may see us in early March. As for the winter
camping, BTDT ! See what we were up to in Algonquin Park back in November
by

the e-mail address and [busfusion] for the password. Then look at the Mew
Lake Camping photos ! We will check with Westminster VW to see if those
Westys their renting come with auxiliary heaters. If not we will get one of
those electric ceramic heaters so we should be fine. So what's the weather
likely to be in the Okanagan in early March ? Maybe we should change our
plans and go to Vancouver Island instead ! Seems to me there are Listers
out
there we can go and bug also ! Meanwhile I gotta get back to working on
Chris's new Syncro so he can use it the beginning of March !
