Don't screw with it! Bite the bullet, call Camelback VW in Phoenix, and get a new one. AFter going through a whole bunch of hassle trying to fix one, then trying to buy a used one and getting more junk, I bought a new one ......been happy ever since.

Tel the Camelback boys you live out of AZ, (if you really do) and are a member of this list, and they will give you a break on the price. In AZ - $220, outside AZ, $180. .... at the time I bought mine. And like everything else they keep going up. My first wuote three years ago was $150 for a new one. So do it now!!!
