These benches come up for sale from time to time on eBay.
They're found in doublecabs and panel vans (maybe singlecabs
too).

The great thing about them is they slide right in to the
existing seating tracks. The not so great thing is the
seatback has no support - literally. It falls backwards if
there is not a wall behind it to hold it up.

I'm putting a bench like this in my westy that has been
modified with a couple of arms to hold the back up. If I add
a middle bench I may have the first seven passenger westy...

Anybody see the picture of the double passenger seat.  Would
that fit in a late model vanagon?  Has anybody ever seen one
of those in the US?
