I was doing my best to stay off this topic, but.............. I asked him if the headers he was selling on eBay were S&S and his reply was in the rude category.

I had occasion to communicate with "Jim" when he had a TD Vanagon for sale on eBay. He was incredibly rude and when I pointed it out to him, his response was to threaten to sue me and to inform me that he had "blocked" any further mail from me. I wouldn't buy anything from him...
