Hi Chris,

Have a good look at (and listen to) your front heater blower. If you have any suspicions about it -- replace it --- because the dash has to come out to do this. So you're looking at 4 or 5 hours labour to replace $100 Cdn part. If you don't want to replace it take the opportunity to lubricate it while you have the chance.
