Hey Folks, I am working a job that is requiring me to drive a lot. Rather than drive my westy into the ground, I am considering buying a cheap car that I can drive till it dies. I was wondering is anyone has any experience with Auto Auctions in the Pacific NW? I live in Portland, OR and would consider buying a car at an auction if I can get what I want/need, at a price I can afford. I am looking for a bargain. I don't have a lot to spend. Something small, good running and fairly fuel efficient would do the job. A VW rabbit, Toyota or Nissan would be nice. After seeing that that 1990 white westy sold for down south, I could handle checking out auctions. How does one find out about auctions in their area? If anyone knows of auctions in the PNW, Portland or Seattle ideally, please, feel free to email me. If you have a cheap car you need to get rid of, lemme know. Thanks much, Cheers, dave bowers _______________ dave bowers Portland, Oregon 1986 Westy "HMS Beagle" http://www.dave-bowers.com/vw |
