Subject: Who Wanted That VOLKSWAGEN emblem PN 245 853 685? I got it!
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi,

Sorry to bother the entire list, but someone out there was looking for a "VOLKSWAGEN" emblem for their rear hatch.

THe part number they gave me was:

245 853 685

Well, it appears that this is a "decal" type emblem, and was only used on VW Busses pre 1983-4. It is a black rectangular decal with silver frame, and the classic old VOLKSWAGEN in silver too. It is NOT the classic hard plastic piece with the tabs in teh back to mount into holes on the hatch.

Whoever asked about this, I think also asked about the T-connector for the 1.9 cooling system (which I unfortunately cannot get).

So... whoever you are... please send me an email!

Thanks

RSF

IMPORTANT!!! In order to reply to me, you must have the word "FISH" somewhere in the subject line of the email. Otherwise it goes directly in the trash.
