I'm a fan of quality sheepskin covers: comfy, clean, warm in winter cool
in summer. You can outfit the front seat with decent quality for $50-$90
per seat. The bench is $140-$190 for good quality. If you want the best
(custom tailor cut to Vanagon patterns) roughly double the prices above.

Go to Google and run a search on "Sheepskin Seat covers" and you get the
gamut. I use Cloud Nine, but the top 10 are all reputable folks.
