Hey all;

My vanagon has been sold now for a few months. The people that got it seem to be really nice and they're happy with their purchase. Anyway, I have a couple of extra wheels for the van. They are steel wheels with older snow tires. Not a lot of life left in the tires but they may get you a season. Anyway, they're free to whomever comes to pick them up - I'm in Sandy.

Also, I am an out-of-work computer person who's been out of work now for over 6 months. My speciality, unfortunately, is a little too specialized and I'm not optimistic about the market. The good news ('great' as far as I'm concerned) is I am going to be opening an auto shop. I do so much work now anyway that it should be a good way to support my family and is certainly my first love. So, if you have VWs and Vanagons here in Utah that need work I'm your guy. I'm already doing a lot of work out of my home. Having owned a Vanagon for many years I'm a very good Vanagon mechanic. I'm also a great tiico installer if you're buying one of those great engines. Walter, of the former Walter's Workshop, said of my work (unsolicited) "I used to be as meticulous as you are".

Anyway, let me know if I can help. And someone needs to come and get those wheels. First come, first served!

Damian
