The stuff is pretty damn cool. I saw a few items on there that took me months to track down on my own. If you want something I'd call them:

Toll Free 1-866-BUS-DEPOT or outside the US 1-215-234-VWVW

But you are out of luck if you want the ski rack I just bought it.
