Subject:      Just Bought a Syncro... Now What?

This is getting scary.  I bought an '89 Syncro at the local charity auction
this weekend.  I didn't plan on buying it, but at $300 I couldn't refuse.  I
now have 9 Vanagons (all running) and don't have a clue what I'm going to do
with this latest addition.

The syncro is in okay condition, the body is prett straight, a little seem
rust by the windshield and a crease in the sliding door (did they come from
the factory with a crease?).  It runs pretty well (drove it home), tranny
feels smooth although the clutch hydraulics seem a bit flaky, perhaps a
bleed will do the trick (just like the 1700's).  The driveshaft and front
axles were laying inside the van (probably vibrated).  The seats are nice
but the carpet and door panels are shot.  It came equipped with really bad
tires on alloys and missing the driver's side power mirror.  Other than
that, everything you would expect to find on a stock GL is still there,
including the stock Heidelberg radio and owner's manual.

Now... what do I do with it?  I never thought I'd say this, but I have too
many vans.
