Stacy Schneider, Mike Boland, Frank Condelli and everyone else interested. To all of you who have asked about the engines and tranny's in the junk yard in North Carolina. The name of the junk yard is Irving's, their telephone # is 910-371-9331. The yard is located just a few miles South of Wilmington, NC. off hwy 17. The person to ask for is a gentleman named Bill. As far as I know there are 2 VW vans, one is a later model, 86 - 91 burned out full camper, the other onea normal van and perhaps an 81. Both have engines and transmissions. Engines $ 100.00, tranny's $ ..? There was a third van but I could not find it this past weekend, it may have gone to the crusher.

I have already phoned Bill and he is expecting your calls. I hope this can help those of you in need.

regards. clarence 1990 multi pinehurst.nc.
